AR Lifestyle is a French-Finnish lifestyle management company working with private clients, families, and organisations who value discretion, reliability, and carefully curated experiences.
We manage complexity quietly, allowing our clients to focus on what matters while every detail is anticipated, coordinated, and executed with care.
Our approach is intentionally personal. Each project is developed individually, combining trusted local networks, detailed planning, and direct oversight to ensure every experience unfolds seamlessly.
Our Destinations
In Finnish Lapland, the Arctic Collection brings together our signature chalets and destinations — properties we personally manage and quietly oversee in Levi and Ruka, alongside a more remote immersion at a private reindeer ranch in Kilpisjärvi.
Alongside these destinations, we provide access to a curated portfolio of private homes across Europe and beyond, each selected for its discretion, character, and quality of service.
Wherever our clients stay, the environment is thoughtfully prepared in advance, allowing them to arrive and feel entirely at home.

Founder-LedAR Lifestyle is led directly by its founders, whose backgrounds span high-end hospitality, private client support, and international operations. Their continued involvement ensures continuity, accountability, and personal oversight at every stage.

Our StoryAR Lifestyle was founded by Alice Teyssaire and Robert Silfver, French and Finnish partners in life and in business. Their shared background in hospitality and international operations led them to create AR Lifestyle in 2022, driven by a desire to design experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and seamless.
Dividing their time between France and Finland, they bring together two worlds — refined European hospitality and the raw beauty of the Nordic landscape.
