AR Lifestyle was born from the shared vision of Alice Teyssaire and Robert Silfver — French and Finnish partners in life and in business. Their passion for hospitality brought them together in 2022, and since then, the desire to create meaningful, personal experiences has guided AR’s journey.
More than a company, it is a way of living — shaped by two cultures, rooted in connection, and constantly inspired by the world around them. Dividing their time between France and Finland, Alice and Robert bring the best of both worlds — from quiet refinement to raw nature — into everything they create.

French co-founder of AR Lifestyle, Alice brings a background shaped by military discipline and over a decade in luxury hospitality serving an international private clientele. Known for her discretion and natural sense of genuine connection, she approaches luxury with authenticity, precision, and a deeply personal understanding of private clients.

Storyteller and ambassador of Finnish and Nordic culture, Robert combines a military background with years of experience serving an international private clientele. Deeply familiar with Lapland, he creates immersive experiences rooted in nature, tradition, and quiet magic — always guided by a strong sense of service and commitment.
