Founder-led
AR Lifestyle is led directly by its founders, Alice Teyssaire and Robert Silfver. Their backgrounds in high-end hospitality, private client services, and international operations bring a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring continuity and accountability at every stage.

With permanent bases in France and Finland, AR Lifestyle operates across Europe and internationally through a trusted network of local partners, allowing us to support our clients wherever they travel.
Our story
AR Lifestyle was founded by Alice Teyssaire and Robert Silfver, French and Finnish partners in life and in business. Their shared background in hospitality and international operations led them to create AR Lifestyle in 2022, driven by a desire to design experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and seamless.
Dividing their time between France and Finland, they bring together two cultures — refined French hospitality and the raw beauty of the Nordic landscape — alongside a shared commitment to attentive and discreet service.

Founder
French co-founder of AR Lifestyle, Alice brings a background shaped by military discipline and over a decade in luxury hospitality serving an international private clientele. Known for her discretion and natural sense of genuine connection, she approaches luxury with authenticity, precision, and a deeply personal understanding of private clients.
Robert Silfver
Founder
Storyteller and ambassador of Finnish and Nordic culture, Robert combines a military background with years of experience serving an international private clientele. Deeply familiar with Lapland, he creates immersive experiences rooted in nature, tradition, and quiet magic — always guided by a strong sense of service and commitment.
Veikko Kerman
Head of security
Head of Security and Risk Management, Veikko brings over a decade of experience safeguarding high-profile individuals worldwide. His background in the Finnish Defence Forces and government service ensures uncompromising standards of discretion and professionalism.
